General - Lan Chile Flights - MOD FLIGHTS -  Press Release

The MOD operate a regular airlink between the Falkland Islands and RAF Brize Norton in Oxfordshire, UK.  There are generally 3 flights every 2 weeks.  Usually this airlink is undertaken by RAF Tristars, but on occasion depending on RAF operational commitments the MOD will contract-out the flights to civilian airlines for periods of a month or more.
